Convenience, particularly for groceries and food. It's beginning to develop a niche for retro stores and unique shops. And hubs for clothing and other goods like Utica Square, 15th and Yale, and downtown are within 5 minutes.

Addition of more walkable shopping areas. The closest is Cherry Street, but 15th further east and 11th Street have a great deal of untapped potential.
