There's several healthy dining options, a hardware store, a grocery store, drug store, plus some specialty shops like Mammoth and Bound For Glory. So convenience, variety, and value.There's not a lot of "fancy" places, if that's what's meant by quality, but it's all good enough for me.

I'm fairly happy with my area. However, there are lots of empty car lots along 11th that could be utilized better. They're just blank canvases.
12. What other types of commercial businesses would you like to see in your neighborhood?
I'd like to see more experience based businesses, Escape Rooms or maybe a second run theater. Maybe a roller rink or an arcade. I guess it'd be nice to have a good bar or two as well.

Shopping at locally owned/operated, usually independent businesses.
