I like the idea of more buildings and less open parking spaces. I also like the idea of more parking by incorporating multi-level parking structures that are geographically located around the downtown area to accommodate all business and event locations. Some are already in place and some could be added. Current surface parking does not necessarily need to be converted or removed but I would not want to have any additional space created and used in this capacity. Maybe some current surface parking space could be converted to multi-level parking.

Keeping the older buildings should be a priority. Flat surface parking lots are a waste of space. Parking garages should be allowed!
