Ford Site Zoning and Master Plan Amendments
The Saint Paul Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Ford Site Zoning and Public Realm Master Plan (amendments proposed by Ryan Companies, Zoning File # 18-117-067), along with corresponding draft Zoning Code amendments, pertaining to permitted uses, the required mix of uses, dimensional standards, parking requirements, street grid, and changing a portion of the F2 residential mixed low district along Mississippi River Boulevard to F1 river residential district. A more detailed summary of the draft amendments is on the attachment of this notice.
