Arlington County has some good CCAs but none are south of I-395 and within reasonable walking distance for the many county residents in the Pentagon City and Crystal City areas who are dog owners. A play area for children, tricycle loop, and plantings all seem redundant considering the current park features in the area. Let's make the neighborhood better for all our residents.
