Water fountains seem to be a problem to maintain and a mess for the kids. I would prefer no water fountains. A small bathroom would be great otherwise the local church would become the default location which wouldn't be fair.

I used to worry about my infant being knocked down by one of the "older" boys who simply playing and behaving like an older boy plays...running, chasing and oblivious to the little ones playing nearby. Now my baby IS one of those older boys...he and his neighborhood friends need a park for big kids. We don't have one in the neighborhood and what a perfect location. Nelly is big enough for both groups of kids. A perfect place for a family with multiple age groups.
