As a frequent park user, I hope the changes do not result in banning dogs. I would like to see the signage made clear that dogs are allowed in the park. There is already a playground at the east end, and from which dogs are banned. A new playground at the west end entrance could effectively ban dogs from the park. Please preserve the park for all users.
