Changing demographic shifts, retirees, school age children
Lack of engagement with those directly impacted by planning decisions. Need to provide meetings in those communities even if it causes discomfort for those of North Arlington and the aging white population that dominates public meetings.
Take into consideration the impact on the schools as development continues to be such high density.
