In June 2015 County staff completed review of comments submitted through Open Arlington and shared them with Cox Graae + Spack Architects (CGS). Open Arlington survey information along with comments gathered during the community visioning session held on April 29 2015 and will inform the County and CGS as we move into next steps.   

Next Steps

Spring/Summer 2015

• Conceptual plannning for building and outdoor recreation amenities begins to take shape

Winter 2016 - Projected

• Community engagement to seek comments on conceptual building design, including parking, begins. This will approximately be a 12 month process

Fall 2017 – Projected

• Building construction.  Projected to be a 24 month construction project

Winter 2019

• New Lubber Run Center Opens!
