How would you like to find out about volunteer opportunities?
Volunteer Arlington needs to be a more active participant through RSVP. This would give Arlington a much wider volunteer base to get help. The county needs to be more invested in RSVP.
I also think 55+ could be a place to consider volunteer opportunities, esp with the county.

County employee and RSVP volunteer to staff a central location part-time. Onsite computers or hard copies of volunteer activities not just in Arlington County, but also Fairfax and Alexandria. Stronger partnership with RSVP to take advantage of their expertise and networking experience. They have more places that need help than they can list, incl. Arlington.
