    Limit what days of the week and between what hours of the day bar crawls can be hosted (for example Fridays from 8pm-Midnight, Weekends from Noon-Midnight). Enforce a maximum number of bars for a bar crawl to limit the amount of public intoxication, drunk driving and public disturbances. Limit the amount of alcohol related (wine tastings, bar crawls) events a neighborhood can have each month.
