I am in support. Joe's Creek and the Lealman District have been neglected for too long.

I agree with and I'm in support of this application to improve Joe's Creek. Joe's Creek remains one of the most polluted waterways in Pinellas County, at the same time it has a beautiful estuary at Ray Neri's Park. I want to see this waterway thrive once again. I support this application.
