Pinellas County is developing the Linking Lealman plan to improve how EVERYONE moves in Lealman: by car, bicycle, bus, mobility device, or on foot. We need to know what you think is most important to improve transportation in the Lealman community.
A range of improvements for all users in Lealman are being considered, including: sidewalks, bicycle lanes, turning lanes, medians, crosswalks, multiuse paths, street connections, signals, lighting, bicycle racks, benches, and signs.
The Linking Lealman plan will identify challenges and opportunities and look at alternative improvements. The goal is to develop a plan that can be implemented through the Pinellas County Capital Improvements Program (CIP).
The following survey asks you to rank your top transportation priorities and then provide your input on how and where specific types of improvements are needed.
Thank you for your time and input!
