The County Planning Department is overseeing a multi-phased, multi-year project that will ultimately lead to in-depth revisions to the County’s Comprehensive Plan. Watch this Plan Pinellas video to further understand this process.

This process will address the changing conditions and needs in the County, with a resulting format that is user-friendly, not only for implementing departments but for the public at-large. The introductory element of the Comprehensive Plan will be the County’s “Vision Element”, which will define where the County's future and describe those guiding principles that will focus the subsequent policies that will get us there.

The following survey provides the opportunity for you to share your opinion about these Guiding Principles and the associated concepts.
