Understanding that the project is constrained by the available space and budget, do you have any suggestions for how to improve the proposed design?
Below building space—Ceiling fans,adequate lighting for night events, shuffleboard, screened under building for mosquitos/no-seeums
Windows for office personel—Too much emphasis on large meeting room—Need more rooms for book clubs, cards, HOA/Condo meetings—Tierra Verde Women’s Club has a lot of Interest Groups with regular monthly meeting—need space for multiple meetings at same time—building style does not represent community-needs a coastal vibe—Need to find way to offer more parking options—Large windows need consideration for glare—Don’t see need for consession sales—Exposed beams/trusses in large room—Not enough storage space for table/chair carts—Conference room is extra large, limiting multi purpose use—Too much wasted space in Reception- could convert to conference and main office allowing your extra large room conference room to be separated into 2 separate spaces—
Would like to see drawings with dimensions to be able to offer more constructive suggestions.
Would like to participate in a community committee to work on this project.
