Free testing for people without insurance. Verlocity wants $200 for a visit to get tested. Get creative to offer some recreational activity for kids. Social distance can better monitored. Many kids are moving house to house to visit friends already. If the ABC stores can be open all DMV can be with extended hours to serve the residents. Hopefully the city has had enough time to modify operation to to put employees back to work.
