The City of Norfolk has formed a Lifelong Learning Commission (comprised of community leaders and volunteers) to help citizens improve their quality of life. The Commission has drafted the following ideas, but would really like you to weigh in on the action steps they have come up with so they know if they are on the right track. This survey will just take a few minutes of your time and will give you the chance to provide your input.
