Public Art is Coming to the Kindred Neighborhood—Choose the Artist Whose Work Speaks to You!

The City of Norfolk is partnering with the community to bring meaningful public art to the Kindred neighborhood. 

Please vote for your two favorite artists whom you’d like to see create art installations at key public and community spaces in the Kindred neighborhood, including the neighborhood entry on Tidewater Drive and Freemason Street and the Church Street Plaza. The survey will include three examples of each artist’s work to help you discover the two you like the most!

Note: The images shown reflect examples of each artist’s previous work and are NOT the final designs. Final designs will be developed in close collaboration with the Kindred community.
