The building designs for the part of the neighborhood closest to the Basilica of St. Mary’s are designed to be smaller in scale, so that each family has their own space to spread out. Would you like having a place like this? (choose one)
Yes

Not Sure

These spaces should be careful to not be too dense with trees too large for the space. Dark shaded spaces are not as inviting as brighter spaces. I’ve talked to Mel Price on this so I hope she has made sure.
The smallest-scale town homes (image above) are on quiet, tree- lined streets close to the Basilica of St. Mary’s. They have front porches and balconies and are just a short walk away from the Blue-Greenway. Do you think you would use the landscaped spaces and parks that surround your new home?
Not Sure

Plenty of sunlight please. I cannot tell from pictures at all but the landscaping needs to be more naturally diverse, like verge strips should be planted with native types and in a natural mode. Trees should not be all stick straight trees but emulative of our coastal shrubby-tree. Lots to unpack here.
All of the kitchens will be equipped with modern appliances and features. Can you see yourself preparing meals in a kitchen like this? (see image above)
