Welcome to the community survey for the Bloomberg Asphalt Art Project. The City of Norfolk and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia received an Asphalt Art Initiative grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies to enhance three Norfolk intersections – on Bland Street near the Five Points intersection, E. Charlotte Street in Tidewater Gardens, and San Antonio Blvd in Denby Park to improve intersection safety and make the street more attractive for residents and businesses. Take our survey here.
