Other - I believe scooters are unsafe for riders and the motoring public. Scooters should be banned. These roads were never meant for scooters. The road reconfiguration is an adaptation that denies taxpayers the intended purpose of the road system.

Out of Control Electric Scooter Companies - In order to create common sense stewardship in the community - the electric scooter industry in Virginia needs supportive and reformative legislation that properly integrates the entire community's needs with the demand for mobility options in urban and suburban communities. Scooters MUST have controlled rack stations. Scattered scooters are an eyesore and a hazard to the motoring public. There are no liability laws concerning vehicular scooters that properly respect the property rights of citizens. Numerous handicap access ramps along numerous walkways and sidewalks are blocked by unconcerned riders discarding the last ride on ramps. This harmful practice must end immediately.
