At the May 24, 2021 City Council meeting, the Midland City Council held a public hearing and subsequently approved this proposed project plan being submitted to the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) by a 5-0 vote. This hearing only approved the project plan and did approve the execution of the project or funding at this point.

City staff will submit this plan to EGLE in an effort to identify possible funding sources for sewer improvements.
