If the Department of Public Utilities developed a Community Solar Garden, how likely would you be to purchase or lease solar panels?

Results of the survey were shared with the Board of Public Utilities at the January 18, 2017 meeting.  A contractor is currently preparing an Integrated Resource Plan to identify energy generation portfolios for the DPU to be able to meet a goal to be carbon neutral by 2040.  The IRP is estimated to be complete by April 2017 which will consider expanding utility scale solar.  If appropriate DPU will explore feasibility of including a Community Solar Garden.
