The Los Alamos County Council adopted natural gas rate ORDINANCE NO. 02-268 at the September 27, 2016 public hearing. The new ordinance lowers the fixed cost recovery component from $0.29 to $0.23 per therm. It also removed language associated with the sunset provision to expire the "pass-through" rate structure.
