The City is working to update its regulatory framework, what do you think about Downtown?

The City of Littleton is following through on the priority recommendation of Envision Littleton to update its regulatory framework by launching conversations with the community to update land-use codes/zoning and transition to a Unified Land Use Code(ULUC). The (ULUC) will replace Title 10, Zoning Regulations; Title 11, Subdivision Regulations; portions of Title 4, Building Regulations pertaining to Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks and Historic Preservation; and the Downtown Design Guidelines. 

Drafting and adoption of the ULUC is a key step in the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan so that the policies of the Plan become a reality as Littleton develops and redevelops. The goal is to ensure ULUC maintains the values and guiding principles established by the Envision Littleton comprehensive plan. 

The first phase of this project is focused on Downtown (see map of Downtown Study Area). To aid our consultants in their research and discovery, we need your help. The survey is intended to identify common areas of opportunity and concern as we begin community conversations in this process. Please help us by answering the following survey questions.
