There are proposed changes to the Site Development Plan (SDP) code section of the Littleton City Code. The proposed changes would create the minor and major SDP types with major SDP's allowing for residents within 300 ft. to appeal the approval or denial of the SDP. The city would like to receive meaningful feedback from stakeholders regarding the proposed changes before the ordinance goes to City Council for first reading.  Proposed Code Revisions
