Last fall, city council directed staff to undertake the following actions with respect to the Downtown Littleton Design Standards:

Revise out of date language, convert current design guidelines into standards, and simplify the language of the standards.
Reformat the document to make it easier to use, and include consolidating standards that apply to more than one sub-district.
Update the photographs and add more visual diagrams to explain the standards.
