Going to dinner, hanging out at Jakes listening to music on Saturday night. Going to events like the bike race, Christmas parade, concerts at Bega Park and other special events.

Local retailers. Family atmosphere. Walk-ability. Nice projects being built. Increasing number of upscale residence. Smokin Fin, Jakes, Sushi Basho, McKinners pizza, Town Hall Theatre is a GEM.

Main St is a nice place to hang out. Neighborhood feeling.

The Main St area should be expanded to streets north and south. It would be nice to move Arapahoe Community College off of Alamo and Prince St. and put in another use (grocery and mixed-use). Also Renke needs to be developed. They can remain part of Littleton but the building needs to be demolished and rebuilt with parking, retail, multifamily, office. Bring that location into the Main St character and charm. With the additional residences, a small grocery could probably succeed. Time to do something about Geneva Village and Essex House.
