I think the video is misleading because it doesn’t depict delays at intersections along the new loop caused by the commercial development within that loop. I drive through this intersection every day and delays of 15 to 20 minutes simply aren’t true. Back-ups of 2 miles to the north are not just caused by this intersection but also at Aspen Grove and Breckenridge brewery. The proposed loop does nothing to address those intersections and delays there will remain. Back-ups of 2 miles south and east are simply not true and back-ups west are caused by drivers who should be taking C470, not mineral.What do you think of the quad road solution?

The pandemic has fundamentally changed commuting along this corridor and it is not the same as prior to the pandemic. The delays depicted in this video simply are no longer true and this proposed solution will take local residents through a winding path of commercial development and additional intersections not depicted in the video, increasing the amount of gas used, time required to get to and from home, and overall frustration and aggravation.
