Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Littleton transitioned many services to online options. What were your experiences with these services?
I did call in to talk with codes and enforcement and had to call several times to report bushes covering the sidewalk on S. Broadway until it was finally addressed and attended to. I don’t know if the people I had to talk with were available online. If positive or negative please explain why.
I had to call 3 times to report the dangerous situation, forcing pedestrians and bicyclists to step onto Broadway around the overgrown bushes. It took longer for the problem to be solved than in the past 3 years of the identical overgrowth of the bushes covering the side walk at the Southbridge shopping center. It becomes dangerous as pedestrians have to walk into the northbound lane to get past these bushes. So I can’t say either way if it’s better or not.Would you like the City of Littleton to continue to offer online options?
The City of Littleton's goal is to support community and inclusion. Do you feel that having online options supports community members who have limited mobility and transportation options?
Are there any city services that are not currently online that you would like to see offered?
No response.Did you participate online or by phone in public meetings and would you like this to be an option moving forward?
