  • Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Littleton transitioned many services to online options. What were your experiences with these services?
    It was an improvement to have Council meetings and work sessions online.
  • If positive or negative please explain why.
    Safer during the pandemic, but also increases the ability for people to attend who might not be able to otherwise due to health, family, work reasons etc.

    • Yes

    • Yes
  • Are there any city services that are not currently online that you would like to see offered?
    Not sure if this was offered, but pulling work permits in person in the past required multiple trips to city offices because contractors don't register until they have actual contractual work in Littleton. It would be better to move this back and forth online, and have a way to pre-check contractors that is accurate (the city's database was not kept current). Also, would appreciate a way to submit the senior property tax rebate form and documentation online if possible.
