    The biggest issue is adding small living units onto the existing footprints of R1 and R2 zones. I don't want to have my neighbor allowed to build a small unit in his backyard so that I would have 2 families next to me where there is currently only one next to me. I saw that the City of Denver wants to add between 6 and 7 thousand Dwelling Units for low income people to their housing stock - which is the same number that you have proposed in the ULUC. What the heck is the matter with you people? We are dwarfed by Denver - and that magnitude of change does NOT belong here. If I wanted to live in Denver I would. If I wanted to live in New York City, I would. NO THANK YOU!
