  • How should the City of Littleton address its responsibility to the regional housing crisis?

    Allow townhouse developments and build underground parking structures so that on-street parking doesn't continue to be a problem. Use strict landscaping requirements, including rooftop greenery, so that the area doesn't become a concrete jungle. Cluster homes around green space or parks would be another area to add housing, while keeping landscaping in mind.
