    • Other - Inform citizens honestly re options and their consequences, not just in terms of "affordability" and diversity, but how Littleton would then look, feel and live. Stop asking broad questions to produce stats that justify what you already want to promote.
  • Could a wider range of lot sizes, including smaller lots for smaller houses, be acceptable?
    • Other - Not by downsizing lots randomly, thereby eroding healthy neighborhoods and depreciating property values. Consider where such clusters of smaller lots will fit the community and how to make them vibrant, active contributors to the city's future character.
  • How should the City of Littleton address its responsibility to the regional housing crisis?

    What regional housing crisis? And what responsibility does Littleton have to address it? A community's responsibility is to its residents, current and future, and to the healthy, productive, sustainable lives they create, individually and collectively, for themselves, their families and their neighbors.
