Overall, the park is great. More trees for shade around the playground. This is a separate issue from the park but I would love to see the city or SSPR purchase the run-down pool across the street.
New play structures for children ages 2-5 & 5-12 years are being proposed. Which playground equipment option do you prefer?
Are there any park features that you think should be left as they are?
We really like the tire swing. Also, while the rubberized surface is nice, my son does not like it when the swings are so close to the rubber surface as to not allow him to swing properly and “pump”.
