Generally, there is an overabundance of parking along Littleton Blvd, which results in the area being poor for walking. Reducing minimum unobstructed open space for will allow for a greater density of businesses, which will increase walkability.
I also disagree with the commenter who dislikes the Vita and Littleton Station developments. They state the developments are "ugly flat roofed, modern monstrosities." First, Vita has a pitched roof around the majority of the building (at least it looks that way if you are at street level), so this point is factually incorrect. Second, all of the roofs along Main have flat roofs, so the "historic character" of littleton definitely includes a plethora of building types.
Both Vita and Littleton Station integrate a brick facade into the design, which is a great modernized take on the the aesthetic of downtown and Littleton Blvd.
