You err grievously in attempting to prescribe a single set of standards for uses, building forms and placement, and site development in each corridor without regard to the widely varying character from one end to the other and the relationship of each segment to the community. Littleton Boulevard's context may be relatively homogenous from the Courthouse to Broadway, for example; but the other corridors--South Santa Fe, in particular--vary significantly as they currently exist, including key community entry points, activity nodes (likely to remain as such for decades to come), and contrasting high- and low-density residential, mixed-use commercial with walk-in and/or drive-in access and natural spaces that should be preserved to remind us of Littleton's rural heritage.
And blanket elimination of height limitations and building setbacks/stepbacks in all B-zoning is a terribly myopic generalization--though typical of what Council has tried to foist on the community for the past 15+ years. After working almost two decades on a new vision for Littleton, this is a sad, bland disappointment.
