I'm excited about the prospect of Garberville main street being more visitor friendly and safer to traverse for both the disabled and the able bodied. I also think it's long past time that this town had some actual planning put into it.

  • Please submit your comments on the Gateway/Welcome Plaza.

I love the idea of the welcome /gateway Plaza but I'm not seeing the parking corresponding to these areas. Are visitors expected to utilize the regular parking and walk back to these?

  • Please submit your comments on A - Parallel Parking Section.

Okay. Looks nice but have you watched any of our citizens parallel park? Because... It seems more challenging for some than you would think.

  • Please submit your comments on B - Angled Parking Section

I'm concerned about truck deliveries/center parking issues. Also the center parking is going to enhance the crossing outside of designated cross walks. I'm cool with that. But is everyone else?

  • Please submit your comments on the Enhanced Intersection with Transition Plaza.

I love these. I just really do. This is starting to look like a town I'd want to stroll through.

  • Please submit your comments on the Mid-Block Crosswalk section.

    Nice addition.

  • Please submit your comments on the Enhanced Intersection.

And again. I like these enhanced intersections.
