    I sincerely appreciate the work that the county and RCEA are performing concerning GHG reduction strategies. I am also impressed by the list of outcomes and strategies presented in this survey alone.

    My only recommendation, at this time, would be for the county to collaborate with local Native American Tribes and Rancherias whenever possible. I know that the Tribes and Rancherias have access to resources that the county may not, and I firmly believe that multiple partnerships will make these efforts more productive.
