Humboldt County and the seven cities within its boundaries are developing a Climate Action Plan (CAP) to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions throughout the region. With this plan, Humboldt residents have an opportunity to inform how their local governments address climate change. Please help establish Humboldt County's CAP priorities by completing this survey. The Regional Climate Action Plan is a collaborative effort between the County of Humboldt, Redwood Coast Energy Authority and the cities of Arcata, Blue Lake, Eureka, Ferndale, Fortuna, Rio Dell and Trinidad.
