Several tribes such as Hoopa have their own CEDS. It should be integrated with the County’s.

Examine the major tourism contributions Casino tribes have on the tourism economy. Include them as stakeholders and provide economic indicators of the gaming industry.

Tribal governments seem excluded from the County CEDS and several have CEDS that should be integrated. Excluding tribes is a continuation of the disenfranchisement of Indian people.
