    I'm raising three children in this community, and I center our activities around the natural beauty our county is blessed with. We frequent the beach, we camp in the summer, we kayak in the river. It would be a shame to see any of that go away or become less accessible. Please keep our parks open and in the control of Humboldt County.

    I think the impact would be ultimately negative in every way possible. Humboldt is known for its natural beauty- it's a tourist attraction and something that people move here for. Keep it accessible and affordable.
