Someone should really take a look at crime prevention, it seems like nowdays when someone commits a petty crime nothing happens to them, or the cops dont even show up. Id rather see the money go towards the root of the problem which is homelessness and substance abuse and lax punishments for repeat offenders. If a tweeker gets out of jail with no resources then they will go right back to their tweeking and steal and vandalize again. I dont think Fire Departments or non-LE related agencies should get as much as Probation or District Attorney or Law Enforcement programs.
