This is a terrible idea. The geographic area encompassed is far too vast to be adequately represented. Willow Creek and Shelter Cove (at least it appears that way-these maps are awful!!!) in the same district? Are you kidding?

These maps are terrible. One cannot get a good sense of what communities are included unless it's a large population center. One should be able to zoom in on these to see where the actual boundaries are.

Whose absurd idea is it to incorporate Eureka and Arcata into the same district? Gerrymander much? It would appear from this lousy map that the Bottom might not even be included in this district! That's outrageous. The Bottom is in the Sphere of Influence of the City of Arcata. Why do this?

This is the best of three not great options, at least as far as one can ascertain from these inadequate maps. Also, why do you not have Native American populations represented?

These maps are terrible. One cannot get a good sense of what communities are included unless it's a large population center. One should be able to zoom in on these to see where the actual boundaries are. Please use better maps that allow on to zoom in to see boundaries more accurately. Please have more publicity about future meetings.
