It is important to recognize the areas defined by physical routes- this plan is far too removed for easy representation for existing routes, Mixes in Willow creek area for maximum travel times for Supervisor from one end of district to the other.

Arcata is not Eureka. The inclusion of the "rental population of Eureka" are not the same as the student renters of Eureka. Again, natural and transportation corridors are ignored.

Plan C seems to keep more of the current lines and has better geographic and transportation considerations.

When looking at districts it is more important to look at areas of service and accept diversity, Better districts can incorporate good interaction between municipalities and special districts and County Supervisors.
