    I request that the community and the public in general be allowed to continue to study the drafts and provide community with more time to evaluate this body of information. We are at a severe disadvantage since this information was not publicized or provided to us in a form adequate for serious study. All of the maps must provide far more detail to make decisions.

    I currently prefer Draft Plan C.
