absolutely crazy to have Eureka and Arcata in the same district for supervisor. They have city councils in each city. Respect those jurisdictions and not break Arcata into Eureka. Remember the Eureka voters passed a measure to have zone council members rather than at large. Neighborhoods matter.

This plan c is the best of the 3 offered. The maps are very hard to read and it seems crazy not to offer better maps with more detail when asking questions about them. This committee is not trying hard to help citizens offer comments because we can't see the details.
Any other comments you would like to share with the Redistricting Advisory Commission?
Why not offer the download of maps before starting the survey? What's the point of that? Big disservice. I just downloaded a map thinking I would get some detail but the downloads are no better than this website.
