District C would be a mistake because west side residents would largely be an after-thought due to their geographic isolation.

In my view, District A should not extend past Eureka.

Overall, this draft plan is much better than the other two plans.

Draft Plan C hues closest to the status quo and would make much more sense than the other two plans.
