move Blue Lake into the 4th or 5th district rather than as proposed and keep Willow Creek in the 5th district. Change your maps from the District A, B, etc to District 1,2 etc. as they are normally referenced so we know which district is which - calling them A through E is confusing. Expand the eastern boundary and shrink the northern boundary

remove the northeastern parts of District A in to District D or E; modify the boundary between districts A and B to make up for the loss of the northeastern area

the southwest portion looks OK but the northeast section should be 4th or 5th district (D or E)

keep Willow Creek in the 5th District along with Hoopa and Orleans. Communities north of Hwy 299 have more in common than with the communities of southern Humboldt
