Why in the world would you group part of Eureka with Arcata? This makes no sense. Arcata would be better grouped with parts of McKinleyville instead of west Eureka. Also, group Samoa with Eureka, not Arcata. West Eureka has more in common with East Eureka than with Arcata.

Why would you group any part of Eureka with just Arcata? Even outer Eureka is a very different community than Arcata. Different interests, different infrastructure needs, different priorities all around. Please don't do this! Divide this area in half and keep the north part intact. Give the south part to the area to the east.

If I had to choose, this configuration represents my community much better than the other drafts. It keeps areas of Eureka with common interests together and groups Samoa with Eureka.

Please recognize that most areas of Eureka have much less in common with Arcata than with areas to the east and south of Eureka, so should not be grouped only with Arcata.
